I have a child who was born on August 5th. She was premature by 3 weeks and she weighed 5lbs 9oz when she was born and when we left the hospital she weighed 5lbs 2 oz.Last week Tuesday when we went to the doctor she only weighed 7lbs 14oz. My question is how much should a 2 month old weigh?
im not talking bout that kind of weighing pn2gator. I feed the baby everytime she is hungry and she still is not gaining that much weight. im afraid when we go to the doctor tomorrow that if she has not gained the right amount of weight they might call dhs on me.

At his 2 week old check up he was weighing-8lbs 9oz

He is now 4 weeks old and has been breastfed since he was born and has never had formula.
