I have a friend who is that height-and I tell her that 150 would be a healthy weight for a normal, 30 year old woman.She is 175 now and she thinks that it would be “impossible” for her to weight 150. I say that is ridiculous. What do you guys think? Is 150 unreasonable for a fit woman?
