How can I lose weight while keeping my normal schedule?

I do my schooling online, I am living with my sister therefore I have to help keep things clean, and I am working a part time job to save for college. Im 5ft and 8 in and weight around 145. I want to lose atleast 5-8 lbs of pure body fat. But I’ve heard that when you lose weight you also lose muscle mass and strength? Is this true? So how can I prevent myself from losing the mass of my muscle and strength while losing the fat.

How to lose weight and still keep the face glowing?

I have lost around 20 pounds and this has affected my skin and hair the most. My face looks pretty but does not glow like before and looks thin too, also my hair are nearly 1/2 of what they use to be. I had really long hair, still long but very thin. I still got to lose 8 pounds and gain some on my face to get the glow , what do I do? Is it possible to get back my fce and hair once I stop weight loss and start maintaining.
