I got a cocker spaniel through an ad in the paper from some people that obviously didn’t want him because he was underweight and didn’t have any shots. To dock his tail they cut it off with scissors! Anyway, we took him to get his shots and a check up and they said he was underweight. He weighs 9 lbs and I forgot to ask them how much he should weigh. How much should he weigh?
