Simply change your poor eating habits into healthy eating habits. 

You&#039;ve heard it all before:
- Cut the fats (no fried foods)
- Eat your vegetables

- Cut out the sugar
- Exercise

- Drink more water and less soda

Do those things and you will lose weight and keep it off permanently. Unfortunately, the most important thing on that list is the exercise.

Get more active and do it everyday and the weight will come off and stay off.  Good Luck!

well I could not agree more to the answers above. They pretty much summed up everything that you need to know. For me, If you want it to be like a &quot;secret&quot; then you need to work fast. BUT don&#039;t think about it too much, just continue on your diet, read books (i&#039;ll just give you a link below since it worked reaallly good for me) and then just act normal, like you&#039;re not getting into something or what not.
