To determine the right weight, you would first have to know if you are big boned or petite – and your wrist is the answer…if you wrap a string around your wrist- mark it and then measure it, if it’s 5 or under, you are petite and small boned…7 is large boned., at your height, 130 lbs would be your top healthy weight and your pant size would be based on the size of your hip bones, not just your weight….have your mom take you to your family doctor and have him weigh you and discuss this with him…
