How much should I weigh for my age?

I am 14, weigh 134 and am 4′ 10″. I stopped growing a few years ago. What weight should I be? I have read around 86- 99 pounds, but in my family, women tend to be thick built (wide hips, large breasts), so I am unsure if how I am built will effect what I should weigh. I do have wide hips and have DD breasts, could that interfere with weight loss/how much I should way?
