it really depends. that could be a perfectly fine weight if you have a lot of muscle. but if you dont and its mostly flab youd need to cut down a lot.

Your still growin technically you don&#039;t stop growing until 21. I&#039;d say 140- 150 that really that much but I&#039;d say 160 is a really good weight to stay at.</description>
