Your weight is ok actually, but if you wanted to lose a few pounds, this is fine, as long as you don&#039;t go overboard. Maybe aiming for around 115lb - 120lb would be a good goal. Healthy ways to lose weight are to increase your protein intake and reduce your carb intake. Start jogging, swimming or cycling to tone up muscle, burn fat and speed up your metabolism.
